The first documentary released after the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, MN, "Unwritten Future" is a 48-minute-long Bay Area Indymedia compilation of cinéma vérité video shot by 100 independent journalists and includes additional found footage from the commercial media. The opening segment is humorous, featuring a voice-over from a Defense Technologies/Federal Laboratories advertisement, the people that tirelessly labor to bring us mace, tear gas and pepper spray.
