Class Action Lawsuit against St. Paul Police Department for Shepard Road Mass Arrest

On September 1st, 2009, one year after Day 1 of the 2008 RNC, lawyers Robert J. Kolstad, R. Travis Snider, and David L. Shulman filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of those arrested during the Shepard Road mass arrest. A PDF file of the complaint can be found at the bottom of this page.
