There is no index in the online RNC Public Safety Review Commission's report of what these items are. Exhibits are referred to throughout the text of the report. The 48 photographs only titled "Exhibit 2 (8_31_08 evidence)". There were no August 31st raids to the best of our knowledge.

The raids that saw property confiscated began with the August 29th raid on the Convergence Center.

On August 30 there were three raids that saw property confiscated in Minneapolis: 2301 23rd Ave South, 3500 Harriet Avenue, and 3240 17th Avenue South.

This is therefore most likely to be a massed collection of "evidence" from several of the raids as Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher paraded repeatedly on television in the days after the pre-Convention raids.

Presenting a collection of items from different raids--and therefore different cases--as a subtly-complied, single body serves no useful purpose in the legal system and should be recognized as a media construct ti justify police actions.

The final picture of what appears to be eight Molotov cocktails is unconnected with the RNC 8 case. Bradley Neal Crowder and David McKay from Texas are scheduled to go to trial this month for possession of 8 "unregistered firearms", which is how the law categorizes Molotov cocktails.
