Donna Lieberman, Executive Director of the New York Civil Liberties Union, describes what took place in NY during the 2004 Republican National Convention. Police tactics ranged from video taping demonstrators and intimidating reporters to random and preventative arrests. She is addressing the Forum on Dissent in America Since 9/11.
