A year after the Republican National Convention was held in St. Paul, a handful of felony cases against protesters are still working their way through the courts. More than 800 people were arrested during the four days of the convention, which opened last September first.The vast majority of those cases were dismissed or were never prosecuted.11 cases are still pending, including those of the so-called 'RNC-8.'They were charged with conspiracy to commit riot during the convention.
